"Newbie" about audio setup for component speakers with Alpine MRP-F550
As stated, I'm a newbie and here is my on going setup:
Alpine MRP-F550
4-channel car amplifier
90 watts RMS x 4 (125 watts RMS x 4 at 2 ohms)
250 watts RMS x 2 bridged @ 4 ohms
Sub will be on on Zenclosure S-type
Alpine SWR-1042D
Question here is is it ok if I running the Infinity Comp. with 2 ohms or just go with the Type R comp with 4 ohms that match my bridge? IMO i like the way infinity give out the midbass than the alpine. So opinion or ideas of other speakers are welcome. Thanks
Infinity Reference 6020CS
Power Handling:
Peak: 270 watts
RMS: 90 watts
Impedance: 2 ohms
Sensitivity: 92 dB
Infinity Kappa 60.7CS
RMS: 90 watts
Impedance: 2 ohms
Sensitivity: 95 dB
Alpine SPR-17S
Type-R 6-1/2" 2-way Component System
Peak: 330 watts
RMS: 110 watts
Impedance: 4 ohms
Sensitivity: 87 dB
