I got the unit and installed it but no sound and I'm trying to bypass the so that the dvd player will work while driving
on the d3 for bypass
there is a right way to bypass and a way that aint totally right but works
the right way is to take a certain wire in the harness and move it to a new pin position on the plug , i forgot the color wire in ? and forgot its new location pin on the plug to move it to
you can take the wire for ebrake put it on a 2 prong switch 1 prong for ebake wire 1 prong for gorund
flick the switch and dvd plays , the gps will see your moving and throw the message on screen that you aint suppose to do that
you can now bypass the gps picking you up by placing lead tape that you add to the back of a golf club to add weight , build up enough strips to cover a 1/4" thick and 3"x5" length and width piece of wood ,then cover with a basball cap
