Default What to do with Navigation Harness

I have a 2004 touring with nav. i removed the h/u and there are 4 harness in the back of it. the 2 big ones are the radio harness and the two small ones are navigation. i am replacing the hu so what do i do with the nav harnesses. should i buy an adapter to connect them together, leave them alone, cut them up, or what. im at a standstill on my project until i know what to do with it.

will my navigation still function if i leave the two plugs alone??
please help. thanks
