Factory tweeters....?

Factory tweeters....?

For those of you that have replaced your door speakers with upgrades and omitted the factory tweeters, did you simply just disconnect them and leave them in place, or did you remove them all together?

Factory Tweeters

When I replaced the Door Speakers I used the factory Plugs spliced into the new 6+9' s and everything worked including the tweeters piece of cake.

I ended up leaving them in place, but disconnecting them. They were way too harsh with my new Infinity's, and they were destroying my sound stage.
