Default Radar Detector mounted from the rear view mirror

Hi guys,

I just recently bought the hardwiring kit for my Escort Passport. I plan on mounting it from my mirror. I've done tons of searches on here, but the only mounts I see are too wide for my tastes. I've seen some mounts in the past, where the stem is pretty narrow - and that's what I'm looking for. I've seen Mike's.. and no offense to Mike, but I just don't like his mount because it's almost as wide as the radar detector itself, and I don't want any Z logos on it or anything like that.

I'm just looking for a basic non-intrusive mount. Are there any places online where there are mounts that are basically only a slim stem?

Thanks.

I tried ebay, and found nothing at all.

Mikes looks like a qood quality unit - but it's just too wide for me, based on the photos I've seen of it.
