I contacted Bose to point out the poor quality of their "premium sound" systems in the 350Z Touring and asked them if they were going to do anything to fix them.

Here is an email I received back from them:

I haven't recieved a response and I bought my touring in Aug.
I just got their automated response saying they have recieved my email. GREAT SERVICE BOSE!
