Hey guys, i was just wondering where the antenna for the navagation is. Also i read somewhere that a radar detector might interfere with it. Im not really sure how that could be, but would like some clarifacation.

It is located on top of the back windshield (in the middle). It's a little small black ****.

it is on top of the rear winshield..it looks like a black perky nipple...i have v1 in my car..doesnt interfere...although yesterday it wacked out for a little but then it was ok (it was detecting something behind me but nothing was there)

I was under the impression that the Nav antenna is located inside the dash board to the left of the 3 gauges in the center console. I believe that there is a small space right behind the main gauge display and thats where the factory nav antenna is.

 

Man, for those who thinks the Water sprayer is the gps antenna you either be kidding or you're really dumb.

Its under the driver's dash.

 

LOL....... I thought it was a good joke. I was about to scan that image and put it up myself.

 

That's where I hid my XM antenna since I don't have Nav.
