Default Removal of Console and Rear Panels

I am going to attempt to relocate my ipod cable to the lockable glove box and want to remove the plastic paneling in the rear behind the seats so I can check the wiring on my rear speakers. It looks like the console has to be removed in order to get at everything. I searched for a 'how-to' on this and couldn't find anything clear cut. Can someone please give me some guidance on how to remove the entire console so I can get at the rear panel and remove the pieces. Thanks!

Not sure if this will help, but the center console is held in place by two screws (one of each side) - if you push both of your seats all the way forward you will see them. Take out those screws, then pop out the shifter trim piece (I think there is a how-to on this site), and then you can lift up the center console. The only thing I haven't figured out how to do is get the console off around the ebrake, but I can at least lift it up enough to run wires under it.

Go to crutchfield.com and you can see a manuel on how to remove it for a 350z specifically. If you cant find it on their site call them and they will send you one for free.
