Where is the amp located in my (european) '03 with Bose system?

I know there's one in the sub enclosure...mounted to the panel the sub is on...think there's also one in the back of the car on the pass side (for Euro cars)...but I could be a bit off on that one.

 

did some reading and it seems you're right.
the sub amp is located next to the sub and the speaker amp is located in the back below the foam on the left.
now i need to find a guide showing how to get to the amp in the back (:
