Can someone confirm that this is the most up-to-date version?

That's the one I downloaded back in January. I haven't seen anything about a new update though.

**** Just checked the Kenwood website and 1.0.9 is the latest update for the DNX7100

I went to the Kenwood site too, but it looked as tho I had to enter the HU's registration number to download the latest upgrade, and that was the only way the check on the version number.

Maybe the reg number can be checked thru the setup menus (?), but I didn't want to pull the HU to see the numbers etched on the back.

 

Yeah, I ran into that problem shortly after I installed mine. Fortunately, I still had the box it came in and the serial number was on it. Wrote it on the manual cover for future reference
