I am about to install an aftermarket head unit and Sirius in my Z. is there any tricks, dangers, or anything else that i need to know before i start this. Also am i missing anything.

make sure you connect all the leads on the wiring harness, including the power antenna lead. While we don't have a power antenna, we do have an antenna booster that is powered and requires this lead to be hooked up for good reception.

 

On my headunit install i noticed a wire labeled "power ant" that was part of the Sony headunit's wires. I couldn't find a corresponding wire on the wiring harness to connect to. Is it supposed to be connected to a wire on the wiring harness or something else? Thanks.
