I am going to put a system in my car. Screw the bose i dont have time. But i cant deside if i should get 1 solobaric L7 12" or 1 JL audio W7 12" please tell me what you think cause i am leaning towards one way. Or if you have a better set up that would be put into consideration also. Thanks

 

Ok.. i hope this helps. I had them in my car. first the solobaric L7 12 then the W7 10. It really depends on how you listen to your music and what type of music you listen to. For rap i would go with the L7's but if your more into trance/ techno then the W7 is wut you want. example techno has alot of fast repeat deep bass W7's offers tight CLEAN BASS. Rap = long spine tingling bass. I chose to go with the W7 10' cuz i couldnt afford the amp for the w7 that it needs to adequitely power it (the jl audio 1000/1) That **** hits sooo HARD. Again.. hope that helps

 

i would go JL, but you could get the Kicker cheaper I think.

 

you're talking a world of difference between the 10" and 12" w7 though....i think between the 12" w7 and L7, the w7 takes the upper hand. BUT...i have to say it also depends on what you are planning to use to run the sub.

yea there is a world of a difference between the 10w7 and the 12w7. I I LIKE TO HERE my MUSIC in such a small cabin

 

I installed a Rockford Fosgate Power 10 HX2 and powered it with a RF BDPower 1000. It was not impressive. Maybe it was the box, I don't know, but I was unimpressed. The stereo experts says a 12 would have sounded 10 times better.

"Lost in the stereo world" LOL. Can't seem to get the right setup. Mainly BASS. I am thinking of putting my (2) RF HX2's in a custom fiberglass enclosure in my tire well. Suggestions?
