Default rear speaker trouble?

hey guys i just got my z without the bose system, just the plain jane stereo and i noticed that there is virtually no sound coming from my rear speakers, the fronts are kickin just fine but the rears suck... is anyone else having this prob or is it just normal for the base stereo...its like night and day when you fade from front to rear.... thanks john

It's normal. The impedance of the rear speakers is such that they only provide fill for the front stage.

I'm not sure its only the speakers. I replaced my fronts and rears and added a amp with high inputs. The rears still don't produce. I think its a headunit issue.
