Keeps spinning?
1. Get something to pull it out?
2. Get something to pull it out as hard as u can and turn the screw at the sametime.
3. Get a drill and drill out the screw.

You'll have to buy new screws with the same thread size.

When I was putting my passanger door back together, I stripped both bolts in the verticle door handle (the piece with the brushed aluminum and three dots). I removed the bolts, took them to Ace Hardware, and got two new bolts. Good as new.

Don't worry....you'll get them back in and it will be just fine.

Whoa...don't need to do any of this. I had the same issues. The screws at the arm rest go into nylon sockets. The nylon sockets will rotate as you turn the screw. My solution: pull back on the arm rest as you turn the screws. This apparently creates enough pressure to keep the nylon sockets from turning with the bolt. If it is squeeking, it is slipping. You will get the hang of it.
