It's just now that I'm trully acknowledging that I might have a problem with my CD player. It has done this in the pass but it's doing more than I want it too.
I have a touring with the BOSE system. When it's palying CD's it sometimes just STOPS ????? Before I thought it might just be the CD so I never really pay attention to it. So when it does it now I re-play the CD to the same spot and it's fine. It's not doing all the time and I hope it's nothing. Has anyone else experience this?

 

Take it to the dealer. The Blose, excuse me, Bose system is crap. It is literally riddled with issues.

 

I'm holding of for a while until the problem is trully apparent before taking it in. Because it never fails, the minute that you bring it in the damn thing works perfectly. I guess I'll just have to keep an eye on it. I was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem and what the resolution was.

 

Had a problem with CD6. Would not play CD's! Message on display: "Check Disk". Same message for all six. Went to dealer and was advised, "We do not repair, only replace". The in-dash unit was replaced. I swear the sound quality has improved. Has Bose found the problem and sending out units with problems corrected? Understand system in 04's is better than 03's. Did I get an 04 unit? Worth going to your deal and complaining! Took two (2) weeks for replacement unit to arrive at dealer. It takes about 30-45 minutes to make the swap. Not easy if someone at dealer has not done before. Beware!
