1. Bought a Z a couple months ago.
2. Had a Pioneer Avic Z1 installed already.
3. Rear speakers sound blown.
4. Bought new speakers today... Still sounds like crap...
I have the entire dash apart right now and I cant find any jacked up wires or anything. Looks clean. It sounds almost like the rears are getting too much power... Any educated advice would be awesome....

it could be the rear output channel on the z1 internally...switch the front speaker leads with the rear leads at the radio..if the fronts sound like crap after that then u know you got a problem with the radio...
and btw...the front and rear speaker wires are color coded if a metra or any aftermarket adapter haness was used...the rear speakers will be in the smaller 6pin? i believe, harness and the fronts will be in the larger of the 2 with the power wires...
right rear (+) - purple
right rear (-) - purple/black
left rear (+) - green
left rear (-) - green/black
front right (+) - Grey
front right (-) - grey/black
front left (+) - white
front left (-) - white/black
