I am new to the 350 world.

the screen comes on ok, loads fine, but from the the pict #1 on it does not move, anybody have any idea what the problem?
I really don"t care too much about the system but I would like to have it working or maybe replace the head unit with something, any ideas?

Oh and by the way, after your press Agree, it should ask for a CD. There are 2: One for the East Coast and one for the West Coast. Put the one that relates to you in, otherwise, you won't be able to find anything when doing a search.

Yours looks like its built into it, but mines has a little reset button on the bottom left corner. Not sure if you can check that and try it. Need to hold it for 5 seconds till it turns off/on.
