Default Need help with headunit/taillight problem

I recently had a problem where my headunit, taillights, license plate lights would go out. Turns out that the previous owner of the car wired the aftermarket headunit to be powered by the lighting system. Does anyone have a wiring diagram so I know which wires are the right ones. Or does anyone know any reputable car audio shops in southern california? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Look at the FSM for diagrams (google, its out there somewhere), and try yelp.com or the regional section of this forum for recommended socal shops.

if you cant figure that out use an empty bank in fuse box and run a add a fuse and run directly to HU to get it off your lighting

or pay to have someone find your red wire.... either way works

Pull the unit and out and disconnect the orange and orange/white wires. They are for the illumination of the unit. If this is the problem it won't actually blow any fuses until you turn the parking lights or headlights on.
