Default New head unit wiring harness question

I recently bought a new head unit and have a question about the connectors in the car. I have an '04 touring with Bose and Nav. The wiring harness I bought only has two connectors, while I removed four from my Bose head unit. From what I understand the two extras are for the steering wheel controls, and for the Nav voice. Is this correct? I don't care about losing either, but just what to make sure the are necessary for the new head unit.

I got metra harness 70-7551 which from what I understand works with the Bose since it has the RCA connectors.

The one you linked still only had 2 connectors, if that pic is accurate. I'm just trying to figure out what the 2 other connectors are for sure. Like I said I think they are just for the NAV voice and steering wheel controls. Just wanting to make sure.

I don't know if I would have used the Metra harness over the PAC on a Bose system. It's usually hit or miss with it when reading these forums.

That being said, There's only 2 harness plugs for your basic radio functions. I had 3 since I don't have steering wheel controls but have factory nav.

Alright thanks I just wanted to make sure there wasn't something important in the extra connections. I'm going to try the metra harness first since its cheap and didn't have to order it.
