Default Radio Reception

Car audio is completely stock. 04-with bose system.

Put in stubby antenna 2 years ago, radio reception was just as good, or slightly less than stock.

In the last month, my reception has decreased dramatically, most stations that were completely clear before are barely audible through static.

Tried readjusting the stubby, maybe it had gotten loose. But that wasnt the case. I dont think that the stubby would just stop receiving signals like that unless i broke it or something right? But i havent.

Is there anything i can do to try to improve this, without going to the stock antenna?

Ill look into that. Do you think that could be covered under warranty?

Still have your stock antenna? Put it back on and see how it sounds. If it's still bad, check the booster
