Im having a friend online build a box for me...its gonna be 2 8's ported and he doesnt have a Z around for actual measurements just trunk pics. I was wondering if anyone knew or built one that could let me know thx.

 

Where exactly in the trunk is it gonna be?

 

zenclosures makes a TON of Z specific boxes for less than 150 bucks shipped and fully finished. Why chance it on anything else?

 

Zenclosures also makes no ported boxes and no boxes for 8's.

 

Email them.the recc airspace for the woofers. They will build it

Gonna do 2 SA8's ported in a birchwood box...when i got my forgestar wheels I wasnt gonna get a system but i changed my mind. And having 11in wide flush in the back with less then an inch gap i cant have that much weight. Sooo smaller subs=smaller box=less weight so i dont take the chance on rubbing.

 

If there is anyone in the OKC area that would want to allow me to measure out their car for a this it would be very helpful.

As for the builder, that is me. I'm not just a random builder(I build and ship enclosures all over the world), but we have very little work with the Z cars over the years other then a few fully fiberglass setups.
