I just got an estimate to install my new Stillen wing, and it is almost $600!!! Am I getting ripped off? This is a mostly porsche shop that really knows what they are doing I think, but it sounds really expensive - he is going to go above and beyond the normal double sided tape installation and do something more secure, which I like, but I think this sounds high. How much are you guys generally paying body shops to install aftermarket wings?

Thanks for the encouragement - he kind of had me over a barrel because I had the merchandise shipped to him and already had a rental car before I had an exact quote on the wing (I was getting other work done there at the same time). Anyway, I walked in there this morning and took the spoiler back, and am bringing it down the street to get installed somewhere else, for $230 instead of $600. I will post pictures of it when I get it done; it will probably be plastered on with duct tape and hanging off.

 

Thought you guys might like to see it installed. I think it came out really good. I will take some better pictures when I get it washed.
