Default CD Changer and EQ Addition

I am continually having problems with my factory Bose stereo skipping when the weather is cold. It is so bad that I can't even listen to CD's when it is cold outside. Have anyone else had this annoying problem. Anyway, prior to buying my 2004 350z, I had spent about $475 on a Pioneer CD player with a flip down face and the OEL display, the opne with the screen saver like display. I really want to put that back in my car but I dont want to lose the changer. I have seen posts about adding a cd changer to one of the rectangular boxes behind the seats. Does anyone have any instructions on how to so this install and what is needed so that it looks neat and where it can be bought. Also, I am considering adding a Pioneer EQ in the same opening as the CD player I want to add. I believe that 2 DIN size receivers will fit in the factory stereo opening. Can someone please confirm. And if they will both fit, what hardware is needed and where can it be bought? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the help. Do either of you know the dimensions of the changer that is installed in your car. Also, what equipment or hardware is needed for this install. I went and talked to a local installer and they had never done any work on a 350z before. SO I am just a little curious about any necessary mounting stuff and trim work that was needed to complate the install.

The dimensions on mine can be found on www.alpine.com it's a model CHAS634. I would however find an installer who has done several Z's at least. Nearly the entire interier has to come out to install speakers, changer and headunit. The amp is in the hatch so a bunch of that must come out too. I wouldn't let someone learn on your Z.

BTW on mine the factory door still goes over it, if you like the stealth look.
