Recently upgraded my Kenwood headunit from a DDX516 to a DDX470, mostly for the integrated bluetooth and improved iPhone features, but haven't yet mounted the mic for use with the phone and voice commands. Anyone done this and found the "ideal" site? A couple of obvious spots might be at the top of the A-pillar on the driver's side, tucked under the headliner near the rearview mirror (with the mic tip exposed), or maybe even in the dash below the speedo/tach gauge cluster (near the key). I'd prefer for the mic to be a visibly hidden as possible, without compromising performance.
Before I spend a few hours trying out the various spots, I thought one of you guys might have already done some of the experimenting. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Thank for the input, guys. I may go with the A-pillar first, as I have a very dark strip of tint along the top of the windshield which should hide it well from the outside.
