Default Swapping Double Din

CURRENTLY:
I currently have an ALPINE INA W910 with ALPINE Reverse Camera + Axxess ASWC steering wheel control module + PAC ROEM-NIS2 + PAC TR-7 Universal Trigger Output Module for Video Bypass.

WANT TO DO:
I want to switch out my Double Din headunit to a Pioneer AVIC 6000NEX. Do I need to buy a new reverse camera + steering wheel control module + the Video Bypass module? I saw there is a PAC-TR7PRO that specifically states it works with Pioneer. Or are there parts I can salvage from my current setup?

You should be able to reuse the same camera if it has an RCA for the video signal, if it doesn't then you would have to do some tinkering with the wires to get it to work. You can reprogram the ASWC to the Pioneer, however, since the ASWC is pretty old, I'm not certain that it'll work. If that's the case then the newer ASWC-1 should do the trick. If you google "Pioneer AVIC 6000NEX bypass", there is a YouTube video that shows you how to bypass it without the TR7 and the people commenting seem to have good results.

ahh thanks for your input. I did some more research and it doesn't look like the alpine is a RCA. I could be wrong, but the product info page said it's manufacture specific.

I guess it would be a big job to redo my current setup

I am 99% positive you can re use your camera.

If you cant get the $20 ones on eBay that replace your license plate lights. Those are BOSS.

Looking at your camera's specs, It seems to be using a standard NTSC video signal, so you could easily replace the proprietary Alpine connector with an RCA jack.

This camera is directly powered by the Alpine head unit and takes 6V, not your usual 12V, you might need to get creative and use a 12v USB charger or something like that to power it.

All in all I would explore this route first before you buy a cheapo eBay cam and run new wires throughout the car given that it is a decent camera and that all the wiring is already done.

Here are the specs:
http://www.alpine.co.uk/p/Products/camera58/hce-c117d

From this picture it seems to have 4 wires, I would assume 2 are for power and 2 for video signal, unless the ground is common for both video and power then the 4th cable might be like a remote signal (to turn the cam on)
