Possible to buy Xanavi Navigation System and Install?

Is it possible to buy the Xanavi DVD Navigation System and install it in a 350z without it currently installed?

No you can't.

The 350Z's with factory navigation have harnesses in the vehicle from the factory that you can't get or install from any aftermarket source.

Also, Zanavi is an OEM manufacturer, and does not sell this product to retail end users.
