Default Lost radio PIN

Hi all from down under

Battery man came and changed battery for my wife, he did not use a small 12v batt to hold the voltage on the radio

We have lost the pin number......

Nissan dealer said they can fix by taking radio out and sending serial number to Nissan Aust for a new pin.

Can anyone help please.

THX in advance

I don't believe they will get a new PIN, but they should be able to tell you the existing one. I wonder if they can trace it down using the VIN? I might try another Nissan dealer for a second opinion.

Or, maybe this site:

I have had a dealership give me the code on 2 different vehicles just by giving them the vin number.
Try calling a different dealer

Your wife owes you one - but at least there was no actual issue. Glad it's "fixed"
