My 03 Navigation system only comes on when it is very hot outside and only when initial start. And where can i get a new disc the one in it is scratched

You might find a used disc on eBay, but why bother? The system was pretty bad in 2003, so you might imagine how bad it is now. Use your phone, or get a headunit with GPS, or pull the OEM stuff out and install an aftermarket GPS in the cubby, which is what I did:
