jl audio amp suggestions for speaker selection
Sorry in advance for long post.
I'm going to post this here since you guys are so knowledged in jl audio equipment. I posted this in the vehicles section because this is in related to my boat (maybe the moderators will leave this here). I don't know that any audio guys have seen it, so here goes.
I'm replacing the crappy clarion stock speakers.
I think I've decided on two pair of VR600-Csi from jl audio. Six-inch speakers is what I have now, so I'm assuming if I went to the XR650-Csi, there would have to be some cutting???
So what amp or amps would I need to run those jl's and these Evid 6.2 ProAudio wakeboard tower speakers(3/4's down the page):
http://www.monstertower.com/accessory2.html
Keep in mind I'm an idiot when it comes to these things (ohms, parallel, in series, etc...). If you can give me specifics.
*What do you think about buying equip from Ebay??
Thanks.

i have jls in the rear and focals in the front.... both of them have a 75 rms. i think that the focals actually need 100 watts, they need lots of power. i would prob do a 400/4 amp.
