Can someone tell me where they have purchased Infiniti kappa 6.5 speakers and the Infiniti basslink. Also if anyone has purchased them in Dade or Broward county Fla. and how much they are going for I would be really grateful for the help. Thanx Rich.....

Default yahoo shopping

I got my Infinity stuff at Yahoo shopping.

shopping.yahoo.com

My speakers were from discount jungle (listed in yahoo shopping).

I have bought a lot of stuff through yahoo shopping and never had a problem. I tend to go with the vendors with a star rating even if it costs a few bucks more. But so far every vendor has been fine. (If they mess around I think yahoo would drop them).

I got my infinity kappa perfect components from Ikesound.com for around 200 bucks, they have good deals on all speakers and stereo equipment.

Default I bought both at Sounddomain

First I found the lowest price at a legit online store, then sounddomain priced matched (105%). In both cases (Infinity Kappa 60.5cs and Basslink) they were just around 10-20 bucks more than ebay. Be careful on ebay. First, make sure it is not a refurb. Next, check out the actual shipping cost. A good price on speakers is not so good after 29 dollars shipping.

I felt more comfortable paying a few dollars more from a real store so I can have someone to deal with if there is a problem. Now if the savings had been substantial, like 40 or more dollars, then I would have ebayed.

Just how I did it, your mileage may vary.

Yes, they fit very snugly, you have to actually cut out the rib like (white Pieces) on the actual door otherwise it won't close, I also notice the speaker grill sticks out a very small amount. Not enough for anyone to notice except me, but other then that the install was pretty simple. The hardest part was running speaker wire to the speakers

you dont have to replace it but running quality speakers with the factory wire is not the best thing but many have done it and have no complaints.
