I am debating two different componet speakers, help me decide.

Will the 165W fit in the factory doors?

The only difference I see, is the 165W's can have bi-amplification. I believe those are the high end ones with kevlar linings, is that correct?

The speakers will be powered by a Rockford Fosgate Power 800.4.

I have the 165w3 in my car. And i have the 6.5" woofers in the stock location. The 165W have a different speaker cone than the 165K. The W's are kevlar I believe, and a different crossover as well.
