How do I know which wiring harness kit i need for the alpine 9813? I plan on installing myself. also what kit to fill the hole that i will be left? thanks

 

The Metra harness plug that Crutchfield sells will work with any aftermarket headunit. It just requires some wire connectors and electrical tape. I connected the wires with those crimp-on butt connectors then electrical taped around it just to make sure it won't come apart. Crutchfield also sells a dash kit to mount the headunit in that doesn't leave a big hole in the dash.

I am pretty sure Circuit City sells both of these.
