I installed the Avic last night--
1) I noticed the radio signal was a little weak. Do I have to hook up the power antenna wire? If so which wire?

2) I used a Scosche dash kit with the N1 metal bracket, and I think the unit sticks out very far, is there a way to fix this using the stock brackets?

any info would be greatly appreciated.
