What up car audio experts

A good friend (who also knows a good deal about car audio) recomended this U-Dimension amp, so I bought it. This one:

He also said for me to put a Eclipse SW8102 sub along with that.

1.) Good amp?
2.) Good sub?
3.) Is one 10" enough for my G35 coupe?
4.) What type of enclosure?
