Default Panel Removal

how hard is it to remove the panels behind the seats to run wires and build a sub box.

Can be easy or hard, depends on how good a job you want to do. For a great job, you'll need to take apart most of the panels covering the glove box and Blose sub compartment, which is about a 4/10 difficulty, just takes a long time. As far as building the sub there, use search. Lots of people here have done it recently, just not me. I will warn you not to run any screws into the metal below those compartments as your gas tank lives just below that space. Saw a thread about a poor guy that had a screw run straight into his gas tank. Does NOT sound like something you want to do. Otherwise, it's a great idea and a perfect place to stash your equipment.
