Default need some help tuning my jl 1000/1

I have it mated to two infinity perfect 10.1d subs (pictures soon). I honestly can't say I know what all the little ***** and switches mean/do on the amp, even after reading the owners manual. Where should I set them for my perfects?

Specs on the perfects:
Frequency Response (± 1.5dB): 18Hz - 150 Hz
Frequency Response (±3dB): 18Hz - 150Hz

Should I set the lowpass filter at 150? Should I worry with the infrasonic filter, or turn it off? All this crap confuses me, someone please help out.

set the lp around 50. what is your hp set to? the higher you set the lp, the harder the sub will work because it needs to produce sound between 30 - ?Hz. the bass will start to sound kinda mushy.

set the infrasonic to 30.

listen to this for a while. see if you like it.

If you're building a setup for SQ, set the filter to around 80-100hz. Unless you've got some amazing front woofers in the door you won't get much mids upfront and if you set lower then 80hz on the subs the 60-100hz range will be very weak.

If you just want thunderous bass and don't care about SQ, I'd set the subs to around a 150-250hz crossover to get all the rolloffs for the highest SPL.

that is how i would do it and how i would recommend to do it. if you set it lower (like to 50hz) then ur mid bass drivers are gonna be working too hard and wont sound that great and if u set it too high ur subs will be working harder and wont sound as good.
