Question Taking things apart ...

Does anyone have any links that show good pics of which screws, and in which order things should be taken apart? Specifically, I'm looking for door panels, head unit replacement, rear stabalizing bar plastic etc.

Im doing the XM thing this weekend, and will be replacing my head unit in a couple of weeks. I may get to amps and a sub by Christmas, but who knows.

Thanks!

Check in the How To's at the root of this forum. Another tip, to avoid scratches, have soft rags around that you can rest between panels when you are disconnecting. Don't pull to hard or bang a panel back on with your fist, the clasps, brackets, and clips break very easily. panel fasteners can be taken off a little easier if you cut a notch in a 1.5" plastic putty knife and pry from under the fastener. Put cardboard or something soft on your garage floor to rest parts on. Keep an inventory and take pics to remind you how to put back together.

Very 'sound' advice. Thank you!

Sorry, it's not bose. Besides, I keep the stock stuff, so if I ever sell the vehicle, I don't have to get rid of my equipment with it.
