Has anyone ever thought of making a custom cover for theres? I wish they would have made it a detachable face some how. I bet the next one will be. This radio just seems like its screaming to get stolen. I guess the only thing you can do is take all the precautions necessary, like alarm and tint.. Anyone try anything different?

 

Was thinking .. if you recessed the 7015 a bit, you could possibly use the faceplate of the stock system. If you could rig it to work something like the Nav cubby door it would be the ultimate stealth for the Kenwood.

 

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. I actually tried and make my own cover using a sheer matarial the matches the car interior dash. But being all thumbs, the cover was so bad it just drew more attention.
