Warrantys aren't usually honored by local stores, seriously though... take in into consideration, buy from a online source, theres plenty that people on this forum would suggest. (unless you are buying JL) I don't think they prohibit online sales.
MB Quarts is a good brand (thumbs up)

Ok how about having the kenwood dealer install the kenwood 7015 , kenwood sirius and kenwood 10 disk changer and the MB quarts front speaker (or should I just go JL here to?)
Then have the JL dealer install JL amps and subs.
I am getting my box from nazar to fit 3 10" but now that rockford is out what a good JL amp for the MB quarts and JL subs?

whos a good dealer for kenwood online?
Personally I have always checked www.ikesound.com for Alpine and Kenwood stuff. I've ordered a few thou worth of stuff from them and never had a problem. They also order their own kind of warranty and stuff. Prices are great...
Be seriously careful buying the 7015 online. I have already had one die and I know of a few others that have gotten one to choke as well. If you buy online and it goes belly up then it might be a serious pain in your a$$ to get it worked out.
In my opinion go authorized local Kenwood dealer and then go somewhere else to get the other stuff. And there is always the DIY on the HU. And I will say the installation of the HU is one of the easiest things there is to do.
As far as the rest, 600watts is not alot of power, especially for 3 subs. To give you an example, I have 400 going to just 1 10". Little tip, the more power the better you are. If you have a sub that is using 200 watts of a 400 watt amp it will sound much better then 200 watts coming from a 200 watt amp. With sound it is always better to go overkill. It is much easier and cleaner to turn the volume down then it is to turn it up.
As far as speaker choice. I do like MB quarts, however with all the lines they have I think the Reference's are the best MB's for the money. With MB's they love power, you can get the Reference to sound pretty close to the Premium's if you pump enough power to them. My advice on MB's, save the money from the premium, go with reference and take that money and invest in a better amp. If however you want my preference on component speakers, Focal is my weapon of choice there.
The sub..... I don't know much about Rockford, so I can't really give advice, good or bad there. All I can say about subs is that I have heard my JL 10w6, a kicker 10" (don't know which one), and an eD 12" and I thought my JL sounded cleaner and hit harder then the others (although on the hit the eD12" was just as good).
