Still a bit high to me . What amp is powering your sub?

If you are doing what I think you are doing and using the 300/4 for both Fronts and 150 to the sub your under powering those Focals i don't really prefer that setup. They handle 100 Cont. and 200 max, your only sending 75 max, just doesn't make sense to buy those speakers. That is like buying a 10W7 and only sending 250 watts to it, doesn't make sense does it? Get cheaper fronts or a 450/4.

I would much, much rather have a JL 10W7 than AlumaPro for the sub than spend $750 on those focals. My alpines (SPR-176A retail $250) can more than keep up with my W7.

Don't be afraid to shop around (ebay etc..) and still buy some of the stuff from him and let him install it. As long you buy that HU from him he will be more than happy to instal all this for you, trust me. That is what I did and saved a ton, literally almost $1500 of savings on all my stuff.

Thanks for the info. It's a done deal at this point and so far I am happy. I am using the 300/4 for both the sub and the Focal's and cosidering I kept the factory Bose HU it sounds pretty darn good. Maybe I spent to much, maybe not. Either way Alan has done an exceptional job.

The install is being finished up today (Sub enclosure). I'm also having Alan add some custom "neon" interior lighting for me. I saw his and it's really sweet. I'll get some pic's up this week.
