Default FM band Expander?

I found only one site and its located in New Zeland. Where In the US can i get A FM band Expander for A Japanese Radio? need 88hz to 108hz

You'll never get the full US bandwidth from a Japanese radio, because the crystal in a Japanese radio covers a smaller range.

Simplified explaination using generic numbers:

US = Feq range goes from 1 to 10
Jap = Feq range goes from 1 to 7

So all you can do is shift the Japanese range to fit the US range you use the most: 2-8, 3-9, 4-10
