Default My Install...

Starting off by upgrading amplifiers and speakers. Will get myself an Avic Z1 for Christmas.

The equipment. Waiting for amp wiring kit to arrive -

looks really good, i love JLs products...looks like you picked all the right stuff to do a sweet install...from the door pods, the the Zenclosures box, and the jl products...cant wait to see the finished product

Used a bench power supply to give it a test run. All components fired up and I can hear the difference already. Just waiting on Amp. wiring kit to arrive so I can finish it up.

Thanks to all the valuable information provided in this forum, research, preparation and installation was made easy.

It is a unit that allows you to keep your factory radio and use aftermarket amps.

You only need that item if you plan to use the stock headunit. I've never tried splicing an aftermarket h/u with the Bose system. Waste of time if you ask me. If you are gonna go aftermarket, go all the way!

Thats an awesome link. Thanks for that and they even have a distributor here in the UAE, which just happens to be the same one that does DLS subs!
