its not too hard, you need two things:

1. a large piece of cardboard to cut out a template

2. patience and good with a jigsaw

Thanks for the compliments everyone!

Rob Quads - No, I'm sorry. I don't have any pics during the build.

I'm partial to JL Audio, so what I say some may disagree with, but I've always loved how my systems sound with JL components...

Probably the best set up I have ever seen. I love the 8"s its exactly like something I would do. Also where is that shop located. I live in clearwater, FL.

QuicksilverZ33 & GodSendsDeath - Thanks very much! Those are great compliments!

Yeah, I really like the 8" subs - very clear, crisp sound. I don't need the crazy, rattling bass, although these subs do hit pretty well, too! I had three 12" subs in my last project and this time around I was going for sound quality. I'm very pleased with how everything sounds...

Thanks man. Yeah, I guess it's a "live and learn" type situation, but at least the end result came out nice. I'd be a little more upset if the craftsmanship and quality were lacking along with the customer service...

Anyway, thanks for the compliment!
