The C137 is missing front access ports though (audio/usb/firewire)!

You can buy the parts of these at:

You can find many cool case reviews at http://www.mini-itx.com.
What do you want a picture of in Chazz's console?

I really have no idea what I was asking about when I was saying the one in the console..lol I guess I meant more pictures of the computer in the glovebox....I am trying to figure out how much space is actually going to still be usable.

Here is a pic of the V1.0 in my Glove box with other stuff in it as well, like DVDs the owners Manual and CDRWs
I saw one pic where you had a dvd in the mailbox slot...how did you do that? what kind of drive did you use? I am trying to learn all this stuff..seems kinda cool..I work at a PC shop and the guy I work for was looking in to PC cars and came across the Z PC...since I have a Z he thought I should take a look at it...thanks for your replies chazzg
one last question...what kind of powersupply do you use? I know the ad states a 'smart' powersupply..but what brand/who makes it..and how many watts is it? do you use a converter to make the right kind of power?
Now you want to know the Secret of my Success?? I have a supplier that also does Military Contracts. It is a patented Power supply in 150W and 90W. It is Designed specify for in car use. with Ignition Startup and Shutdown, Low voltage detector, and other features as well

I would guess that well over 3/4 of everyone that has an In Car PC uses this power supply.
It is an Opus Power Supply.
http://www.opussolutions.com/
They have both 90W and 150W power supplies.
The 90W should be more than enough for an ITX setup.
Chazz thinks there is something about his CarPC that is patentable, that is why he is trying to be so secretive.
Other that his software, there is nothing in his solution that is unique from any of the other hundreds of CarPCs out there.
The fact that his CarPC is in a 350Z does not make it patentable.
Go to http://www.mp3car.com if you want more info about InCarPCs from people that are willing to freely disclose the information.
My CarPC can be seen there (http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=15854) as well as at my site: http://www.swooby.com/z/navpc/

I have been watching your website..great site too..very informative..is the 350z 12v or 24v? I am figuring 12v but want to be sure so I dont fry my creation lol. Would a crappy regular 5.6inch Mobile TV (Mobile TV is a brand of screen) work with the computer also? It doesnt have usb..it has a weird hook up.
Thanks!

IMHO: Anything less than 7" VGA is useless in a car.
This is Chazz's thread, and it would be rude to hijack it with another discussion.
Please post any general questions you have about CarPCs to http://www.mp3car.com, or email me.
Thanks!
