350 EVO
Hands down it's the 350 EVO complete setup, with Koni shocks, adjustable a arms, sway bars, and rear control arms. It just handels great for both autocross and track days.
Of course no more B Stock in Autocross bbut no one knows of the mods at track days and boy does it allow faster lap times.

with 3 grand wouldnt it be alot wiser to get a complete coilover setup? i mean for street and course, tein with edfc always seemed like a good compromise... if I had that money thats where my money would go for even though im just getting the basics..

I am going to do alot of autocross and probably 6 or 7 track weekends a year. I am not too concerned about drag racing. Here is what I am thinking... JIC or NISMO Coilovers, 350EVO suspension arms package, 350EVO sways. Race wheels/tires, JIC strut tower brace, 350EVO sways.

I have the HKS Hipermax II coilovers and it knocked 3 seconds of my lap times on a 1.6 mile road course. I have to say its a pretty good setup for a street car that sees a track occasionally.
