I was hoping to start following the Super GT (formerly JGTC) series this year, the first Round is this weekend. It seems that Speed will not be televising in any live or pre-recorded form. It seems that MotorsportsTV from Europe televises it but it doesn't seem like there is any possibility of getting that here in North America.

This particular series seems very interesting, a road racing version of NASCAR and a touch of the high-end of Formula 1 (FIA associated of course). Did anyone here follow JGTC last year? I've read the recent articles in SCC and have been dying to see if this sport lives up to the way it was presented.

 

It will be televised on Speed, regardless of what you read - just like the GT-Live event was covered, this year's season will also be covered - I honestly think the popularity of it will MAKE them cover it...
