How did the carnage compare to last year? T2 is always a demolition derby... very competitive, but lots of hard contact. And hmmm... STis moving up in the field - sounds just like last year with the SRT4... boost levels simply can't be regulated to make the class spec...

Pretty bad. My friend with his Honda Research S2000 (#74) passed like 10 cars in the first lap because of all the crashes.

He got nailed on lap 5 in turn 6 by a spinning FireBird...

Well I just got back from MO and it was a tough weekend for Z cars......Rob was running 5th when he got spun out in turn 1. He recovered only to be taken out at Madness avoiding a spinning car. Jason spun at the end of the straight when he touched the grass. His car slapped a Firebird that had just spun out.
