I am lookin for some also,,,,mainly for the front-upper-A Arm bushing that are drilled off-center so that I can get more camber without using after market adjustable camber A Arms...like the SPL ones I have on my car today.
Why: NASA charges 4 points for replacing these A arms and that put me up a class : from TTC to TTB...sux
So anyways, I may try to have some custom built just for that purpose,,,I know that some of the SCCA T2 guys run them,,,and I believe they had to make than.

I would love some delrin bushings for all the lower shock strut mounts and the front lower control arms. My buddy has yet to get his lathe going. I would buy urethane but no one makes them.

tckline makes these for bmw's and while I am at it how bout some of these

I just want the bushings our metal mounts are strong enough.
The price of nismo bushings is $35 a piece for the front control arms someone can't do some delrin ones for cheaper or the same? While I am at it how bout a trans mount insert out of urethane and rear diff mount inserts. The product developement for parts such as these is way behind...imo
I know spl has aluminum parts available, but I am not that hardcore.

Delrin bushings are great. They have a built in lubricant and I used them for years with my old GT car. Of course you have to cut them yourself. Any large plastics supplier will have them.

Good Question, I believe this needs clarification with NASA:
From the NASA TT rules book
"Metallic replacement suspension bushings (Heim joints/spherical joints) +3 (except for pillow ball camber plate joints, sway bar end links already assessed points in 6) above, and upper control arm spindle/knuckle joints already assessed points in 7) above)"
But this section is clear on the A-Arm replacement(and maybe a bit unfair to the Z)
"Replace or modify control arms (other than plates, shims, slots, or eccentric bolts/bushings
for simple camber/caster adjustment only)(may have upper arm spherical/metallic joint(s) for
the connection to the spindle/knuckle) +4"
But there appears to be "grey area" that a competitor can use to his or her benefit!
