We win a 3hr Enduro at Mosport

Thanks for the kind words guys! We've been busy so I haven't had a chance to check this thread, but it's great to see the support. I'll be sure to post all of our race reports here from now on!
Details about the car can be found on our website at www.sg-motorsport.com, basically its an ex grand-am cup car that we've now turned into a faster GT car, with wing, splitter, more power etc. For next year we're going with 18s instead of 17s, most likely 285s all around, more power and a few carbon bits to get the weight down. The goal is 23s at Mosport, currently doing 28s!

Clubhopper: Those pictures are great, glad you had a good time at Mosport and I hope you come out some more next year with some friends!
As for the 5 seconds. Here is the estimate, whether or not it will be worth 5 seconds is yet to be seen. It's really just a matter of money.
285/18" Michelin slicks should be 1.5sec faster than the 245/17" BFG R1s
350-360whp is the goal for 2010, up 40whp from 2009, which should be good for almost a full second.
100lb weight reduction should be good for over half a second (carbon front end, lexan front windshield and rear, carbon trunk), more chassis work to pull weight out.
I was hoping to be able to afford a Quaife 6spd, but I'm not sure if that's going to happen or not for '10
More downforce from a carbon flat bottom should be worth another second
And a really a cold, crisp, spring day will make up the rest?
