For those of you who missed the Big bend Open Road Race..you may have another opportunity this year....They are trying to get a race set up between presidio and marfa, Texas ! i didn't place this year but still had a blast!

 

Any tentative dates? I'd really like to do an event like this, but being it's so far away is a deterrent.

The website will come up but all the links are under construction.My team captain knows the guy who is setting this up and speaks with him almost daily..they have a hell of a lot of work to do before Oct..but they are definitely working towards it...Hope they get it together!

We are also going out there June 12-13 to go drive the road and get a feel for it....be checking out local hotels, fuel stops etc in anticipation of this race....I'll update this later and give you guys details!
